Farewell of Anant Ambani’s Wife Radhika Merchant: Appeared as a ‘Piece of Moon’ in a Gold Lehenga

New Delhi: Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s love story began in 2017 and has finally reached the pinnacle of marriage. On July 12, 2024, Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant’s youngest daughter was wed, becoming the daughter-in-law of Nita and Mukesh Ambani. With this, the sweet girl has now become Radhika Ambani.

On her wedding day, from the procession to the wedding rituals, Radhika Merchant wore exquisite lehengas and jewelry. However, the lehenga she wore for her farewell was exceptionally stunning. In the auspicious red color, considered a symbol of marital bliss, the youngest daughter-in-law of the Ambani family looked truly regal. The emerald and diamond-studded necklace around her neck added to the royal feel. These photos, now viral on social media, are receiving a lot of love from people.

Radhika’s stunning red lehenga was designed by Manish Malhotra. The skirt of this set is flared with multiple panels added to it. The lehenga, made from Banarasi brocade, aims to capture the colors seen during a sunset. This means that depending on the light, the lehenga can appear deep red, orange, or yellow.

Radhika’s lehenga looked royal due to the golden embroidery on it. The high-neck and full-sleeve blouse featured traditional Karachobi embroidery made with real gold threads. This intricate work was inspired by the famous stitching techniques from 19th-century Gujarat.

The golden choli paired with the lehenga was quite elegant and gorgeous, but it had an element of hotness from the back. The lehenga’s choli was backless and was connected on both sides by three straps made from the same fabric. These straps also featured gold work, adding to the overall allure.

To enhance her regal look and make it even more royal, Radhika Ambani wore a beautiful pink Banarasi dupatta adorned with intricate embroidery on her head. Instead of pinning it to the lehenga, the dupatta was left completely open like a veil. This detail, combined with her overall look, created a dreamy effect.

Completing her look, Radhika Ambani wore a choker necklace made with a base of kundan and adorned with polki around her neck. Along with this, she also wore an extremely expensive diamond and emerald necklace. This long neckpiece was also worn by her elder sister, Anjali Merchant, at her wedding.

Radhika’s hands were adorned with diamond bangles and bracelets, while her ears sported dangling earrings that matched the set.

Her hair was parted in the middle and tied into a bun, decorated with a gajra. She also wore a maang tikka in her hair.
